Redefine The Cycle
The Restoration Hem Project gives girls in Zimbabwe access to sustainable menstrual hygiene solutions.
A girl in Zimbabwe may miss up to 5 days of school every month during her period due to inadequate sanitation, a lack of feminine hygiene products, and limited health education. Girls resort to using newspaper, corn husks, cotton, or rags to manage their menstruation. The discomfort and fear of soiling their clothing forces girls to stay home.

PHYSICAL
Meeting her physical needs by providing local access to sustainable feminine hygiene solutions.
SOCIAL
No more isolation, shame, or embarrassment. Her opportunities are limitless.
EMOTIONAL
Empowering her through education and identity.
"Before we received the kits, we girls were facing many problems due to inadequate resources. Some of us would be absent from school for many days during menstruation. But now, we can do anything."
